On the free Basic plan every meeting closes after 40 minutes; Zoom Pro removes that limit and lets up to 100 participants join a single call. If you teach online, pitch to clients, run long team meetings or workshops, you can focus on the conversation instead of the clock. That freedom is the main reason people buy Zoom Pro.

Participants usually join with just the link you send, without creating an account, and Zoom runs on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and in the browser, so everyone connects from their own device. You can record meetings to the cloud and watch or download them later. A transcription tool such as Transkriptor Pro helps keep your meeting notes in order.

Tools to run the meeting

Breakout rooms split a large group into smaller working groups, which is ideal for classes and workshops. Screen sharing, a digital whiteboard and note tools make presenting easier. When you want to map ideas together, a visual board like Miro pairs well with your meeting.

The waiting room, meeting lock and host controls let you decide who joins and when, which matters for public classes and client calls. Usage reports and meeting statistics are in the account’s admin area. All of these tools stay available for the whole package period.

Two packages: ready account or upgrade of your own account

With the ready account package, 28 days of Zoom Pro are provided through two ready accounts. The first account’s login details arrive with your order, by email and on My Account → Orders. When 14 days have passed, you press the Request the next package button on the same order page and the second account is sent the same way. No account details are needed from you for this package.

With the upgrade package, Zoom Pro is applied to your own Zoom account, so your meeting links, contacts and recordings stay in your account. On the checkout page you enter your Zoom account email and password; they are stored encrypted and seen only by the team that performs the upgrade. Because the Zoom subscription is applied in 14-day periods, your account is upgraded twice within 28 days, and the second upgrade is done on day 14 without any action from you.

For the upgrade package, two-step verification (2FA) must be off on your account, and during the 28 days you must not add 2FA or change the password, otherwise the day-14 upgrade cannot be done. With a ready account, do not change the account email or password and do not share the login details. As long as these rules are followed, both packages carry a full 28-day warranty: if Pro access breaks, the account is replaced or the upgrade is repeated.
