A practical way to start is to create a home page for your team wiki and add sub-pages for projects, processes and meeting notes. Then collect tasks in a database and filter them by owner, status and date. Templates speed up the setup; you only need to adapt one to the way your team works. What Notion Business adds on top of Plus

The Business plan includes everything in Plus and adds Notion Agent, Notion’s AI agent, along with features built for teams. Notion Agent can carry out multi-step work across the pages and databases in your workspace on your behalf: for example, tidying scattered notes, filling a database with up-to-date information or drafting a page.

Beyond the agent, the team side of the Business plan generally covers SAML SSO for company sign-in, more detailed permission and access controls, and PDF export. The exact scope follows Notion’s current plan terms, so check which features are active in your workspace after you sign in. Notion Business is therefore a better fit for team setups than for solo note-taking. If you want to turn notes into a presentation, Gamma Ultra is a separate product.

How to redeem your Notion coupon code

This package is not a ready-made account. It is a Notion coupon code that you apply to your own Notion account. It is prepared once your payment is confirmed, and the details arrive by email and under My account → Orders. Sign in to Notion, follow the instructions that come with your order and redeem the code for the Business plan. Your pages and data stay in your own workspace, and we never ask for your password.

You need a Notion account to redeem the code; decide in advance which workspace will receive it. If a workspace has several members, how many people the code covers and how extra members are billed depends on Notion’s coupon and billing terms. When you compare the Notion Business price with a direct subscription, remember that this is a one-time payment for 3 months.
