Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
Everything we sell is digital and is delivered by email, so there is nothing to post back. This page explains when you can cancel, when you get a replacement or a refund, and how our guarantees work.
1. Cancelling before delivery
If your order has not been delivered yet (for example, a product we prepare by hand is still in the queue), email info@aistoreplus.com with your order number and ask us to cancel. If delivery has not started, we cancel the order and refund you in full.
Automatically delivered products usually arrive within minutes of payment, so the window to cancel those is very short.
2. After delivery: no right to cancel
Once the product details (account, code, key, link or invitation) have been sent to you, the cancellation right no longer applies:
- UK consumers: Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regulation 37 (digital content not supplied on a tangible medium).
- Turkish consumers: Distance Contracts Regulation, article 15(1)(ğ) (services performed instantly online and intangible goods delivered instantly).
Before you complete your order, you tick a consent box at checkout: you ask for delivery of the digital content to start right after payment and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started. Your consent is recorded with your order. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described (see the guarantee and refund sections below).
3. Our guarantees
The guarantee for each product is shown on its page. If the product page gives a different period or condition (for example 7 days, 1 month or 3 months), the product page applies.
| Guarantee | Applies to | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| First-login guarantee | Ready-made accounts, unless the product page states another guarantee | If the first login does not work, we replace the product. The guarantee ends after the first successful login. |
| First-activation guarantee | Licence keys and codes | If the first activation does not work, we send a new one. The guarantee ends once activation succeeds. |
| Guarantee until activation | Some coupon codes, as stated on the product page | Valid until the code is activated. You must screen-record from purchase until activation. Without the recording we cannot accept a claim. |
| Fixed-period guarantee | Products whose page states a period | For the period stated on the product page, on the conditions shown there. |
| 21 days + 1 replacement | Personal accounts from our own stock | One replacement within 21 days of delivery. A replacement does not extend the 21 days. |
| Full guarantee for the usage period | Shared accounts | For the product’s own usage period: 25–30 days for a 1-month shared plan, and the plan’s period for 3- and 6-month plans. If the account stops working, we renew the login details or replace the account. |
4. What ends the guarantee on an account
For products delivered as an account (personal and shared accounts included), the guarantee ends if you:
- change the account’s email address or password;
- change the recovery email or recovery phone number;
- turn on, turn off or change two-step verification;
- change the linked payment method or the plan or subscription settings; or
- share the account with other people.
Product-specific exceptions are stated on the product page. For example, on some products the password may be changed but the email address may not; if you have changed the password on such a product, your warranty claim asks for the account’s current password so that we can check the account.
We review each claim to decide whether this has happened. If we reject a claim, we email you the reason.
5. Product-specific conditions
Conditions on the product page, such as region, VPN use, the need for your own payment method, a new-account requirement or an activation deadline (for example “activate within 24 hours of delivery”), are part of your contract. Problems caused by not following them are not covered.
6. How to make a claim
- For products from our own stock: My account → Orders → the order → “Make a warranty request”.
- For any product, email info@aistoreplus.com with your order number, the product name and a short description of the problem. A screenshot of any error message helps.
- We will never ask for your card details. A password is asked for only in the case described in section 4, in the warranty claim form.
A claim opened within the guarantee period will still be handled if the period ends while we are dealing with it.
7. Refunds
If a product is faulty or cannot be delivered, we first offer a replacement or redelivery. If that is not possible, or cannot be done within a reasonable time, we refund what you paid. If we cannot deliver your order at all, you are always entitled to a refund.
We start the refund through the payment method you used within 14 days of agreeing it:
- Card payments: refunded through Shopier to the same card, in the currency you paid (USD or TRY). How long it takes to reach your account, and any exchange-rate differences, depend on your bank.
- Crypto payments: the USDT amount you paid is sent to a USDT wallet address you give us (TRC20 or BEP20). If you paid with Binance Pay, it can also be returned to your Binance Pay ID.
8. Pre-orders
For some out-of-stock products you can leave your email address to register a pre-order. We take no payment for a pre-order and you are not committed to buy. When the product is back in stock we email you, and you buy it separately if you still want it. To cancel a pre-order, just email info@aistoreplus.com.
9. Chargebacks and disputes
If something goes wrong, please contact us before disputing the payment with your bank. Most problems are solved quickly with a replacement or refund. If a dispute is raised for a product that was delivered and used without problems, we will share our delivery records with the payment provider. This does not limit your right to contact your bank.
10. Complaints
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. More detail on complaints and dispute bodies is in our Distance Sales Agreement.
