How downloading through the panel works

This package is not a Flaticon subscription, and no Flaticon account is opened in your name. What you receive is an activation key for a third-party download panel. The panel’s address is in your delivery email: create a free account there, click the key icon at the top right and enter your key. Your Flaticon download access then stays active for the package term you chose. Read the panel’s rules page right after you register.

Downloading is simple. Find the item you want on flaticon.com, copy the page link and paste it into the panel, which prepares the file and hands it to you. Preparing a single file can take 1–10 minutes. Not every file will go through with a Flaticon download key, because some fail due to a mistake by the creator who uploaded them. You can flag such a link with the panel’s Report link button.

Making the most of 100 downloads a day

Flaticon brings the icons and icon packs used in interfaces, slides and websites together in one library. With a Flaticon download key you can take up to 100 files a day from it. If you are collecting icons for an app menu, the sections of a website or a slide deck, you can plan the daily allowance screen by screen. Making an icon list before you start helps each day’s Flaticon downloads go to the files you need most.

For a consistent design, it helps to pick icons that share the same stroke weight and colour style. Packages come in 7, 30, 90, 180 and 360-day terms: a 7-day package suits a single interface or presentation job, while the longer terms are for designers and agencies who use icons all year round. A Flaticon package cannot be changed after purchase, so choose the term that matches your schedule and keep downloaded icons in a tidy project folder.

To use your icons in interface design you could look at Figma Pro Education, or at Canva Business Pro for slides and social media graphics. The Flaticon download package on this page covers only the key used in the panel; it does not include another subscription, account or tool.

Activation, broken links and the warranty

Your key is delivered unused and must be activated within 10 days of delivery; we cannot take responsibility for keys entered after the tenth day. If the panel says the key has already been used, it means the key was entered somewhere before. Keep your Flaticon download key to yourself, never share it, and store the delivery email for your own use only.

Some links fail because of a mistake by the creator who uploaded the item. If a link stays pending or returns an error, use the Report link button on the panel’s home page; the problem is fixed within a few hours or the file is removed. Use the button only for links that really fail. The file you get is the item behind the link itself, so a different or lower-quality file reflects what the creator uploaded.

The warranty runs for the full term: if the key stops working during the package term, it is replaced. The 10-day activation window and the fact that some files may not download are usage conditions of the product. Enter the key soon after delivery and check that your access shows as active in the panel. If anything goes wrong, email us with your order number. A Flaticon download key is a one-time purchase, not a recurring plan.
